Very Disappointing and Unacceptable
The room was absolutely disgusting and not up to acceptable hotel standards. There were blood stains and other stains on the pillow, and there was hair on the sheets. The bathroom door was falling off, and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall.
To make matters worse, the pool was green and completely unusable during our stay.
Overall, the condition of the room and hotel was extremely disappointing. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety should be a minimum expectation, and this hotel failed to meet those standards. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
